inconsequential

Don’t you love it when the sun shines and there’s nothing you have to do?

I haven’t really done anything of note today. Which meant there was time to lie back and watch blue-sky-and-fluffy-wisps-of-cloud.

And to admire the fluffiest tiniest baby moorhens ever (I am not destined to be a wildlife photographer…)

We bought vegetables at the farmers’ market. Cucumber that actually tastes of cucumber, and oooooooozes when you slice it.

Oh look, here I am with my steamy vegetable porn again.

I did some experimental hemp knitting, and made HOLES.

I have fallen out of love with the hemp, which is refusing to soften enough to be a scarf. Although it is pretty colours and SHINY. It’s going to be a bag instead, although at the moment it bears a strange resemblance to some kind of fibrey jellyfish.
