Note to self*: when feeling as persistently anxious, irrational and miserable as you were today, check peak flow (or, y’know, at least ask yourself the question, Can You Breathe?)

I’m fine now, except that I’m whizzing high as a kite on ventolin and caffeine, and Not Asleep.

*Also, consider fitting breathalyser to computer, so No Facebook When Drunk.
